On August 4, BoComm Leasing convened the 2022 mid-year working meeting. Xu Bin, Chief Expert of Bank of Communications, Secretary of the Party Committee of BoComm Leasing and the proposed Chairman of Board of Directors, attended and made a speech at the meeting. Shan Zeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and the proposed Chairman of Board of Supervisors, presided over the meeting. Zhu Yequn, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President, Li Ru, member of the Party Committee and Vice President, Wang Dong, Vice President, and Pan Zhiyu, member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Committee, attended the meeting and proposed work plans.
In the speech, Xu Bin summarized and reviewed the results of the operation and development of BoComm Leasing in the first half of the year as well as the achievements in steadily improving profitability, consolidating the leading edge of the machinery and ship business, solidly serving the real economy, orderly promoting innovation and transformation, actively fulfilling social responsibility, strengthening the group linkage system, strengthening the control of financing costs, actively preventing and resolving risks, and deepening the strict governance of the Party. He deeply analyzed the economic and financial situations at home and abroad, pointing out that the situation was both optimistic and stressful and opportunities coexisted with challenges. He profoundly analyzed the weaknesses of the Company in the operation and development process, fully elaborated the challenges and opportunities in the current economic situation and coming along with market changes, and proposed concrete plans and requirements for priorities in the next stage.
It is pointed out at the meeting that: 
In the first half of the year, BoComm Leasing, under the strong leadership of the party committee of Bank of Communications, deeply studied and implemented Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the sixth plenary session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC, comprehensively implemented the spirit of the bank-wide work conference and the working meeting on full and strict governance over the Party, and seriously executed the correction instructions of the CPC Central Committee. The Company bore in mind the "most important interest of the country" and what is unfolding in China and the world, strictly complied with the development guidelines of "new stage, new concept, new pattern and high quality", practically fulfilled the duties in party governance, and adhered to the development strategies of "specialization, internationalization, differentiation and characterization" and continuously gave and enriched its connotation. The Company continuously strengthened group linkage and coordination, focused on the basics of "financing + leased property" in leasing business, deeply promoted transformation, continually improved operation and management mechanisms and systems, overcame the adverse impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, practically improved the abilities to serve the real economy, and achieved positive results in operation development.

In the second half of the year, BoComm Leasing will continue to follow Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, thoroughly implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress and 19 sessions of the Party, seriously practice the requirements of the CPC Central Committee for "strict epidemic control, steady economy and safe development", and comprehensively implement work plans of the Party Committee of Bank of Communications. Focusing on tasks of accelerating business implementation, optimizing development structure and stabilize the economic situation, BoComm Leasing will make overall plans for epidemic prevention and control, operation and development, risk management and reform & innovation, further strengthen the construction of the Party, drive high-quality development with high-quality party construction, and determinedly comply with the "new stage, new concept, new pattern and high quality" requirements to practically serve the new development patter with new achievements in development transformation, steadily improve its leading status in the shipping industry, promote high-quality development of aviation business, speed up the traditional financial leasing business, effectively manage and control financial costs, continuously deepen comprehensive risk control, continuously stimulate inner momentum and put every effort in achieving goals and tasks of the year to celebrate the 20th National Congress of the CPC with excellent performance.
