BoCom Leasing has supported Guizhou Jinyuan Weining Energy to build agricultural photovoltaic power stations, applied clean and renewable solar power generation to the field of modern agricultural planting, and realized the "complementation of agriculture and photovoltage" in which the current generated by the solar panels erected on the upper part is connected to the nearest transformer substation for grid generation and the crops are planted on the lower part, without changing the land status. The project will provide rented land to local agricultural cooperatives for free, offer free start-up capital and install agricultural irrigation facilities to help local farmers overcome poverty and become rich. It takes into account the interests of enterprises, local communities and farmers, and forms a new breakthrough in the operation mode.

Launching "Sharp Eyes" to Contribute to Intelligent Broadcasting and TV

BoCom Leasing provided financial support for the digital Guangxi projects of extending the coverage of "Guangdianyun" to every village and household by focusing on the requirements of the intelligent village and digital village construction. The project intends to lay optical cables for 7,272 administrative villages that are not connected to the network and 59,000 natural villages with more than 35 households in Guangxi, so as to realize full coverage of the network in all villages in Guangxi, and complete the construction of front-end equipment ports required by 3.2 million newly increased users and 670,000 bidirectional transformation users. The Company relies on the cable TV optical network covering urban and rural areas, establishes a new grassroots publicity system, and builds new forms, channels and platforms for grassroots publicity, civilization practice and services for the people.

Protecting Traditional Culture to Contribute to Rural Revitalization

Rural revitalization is inseparable from cultural revitalization. In recent years, Litang County, Sichuan Province has deeply explored and protected traditional cultural resources, continues to promote excellent traditional culture, and highlights dance as a cultural name card. BoCom Leasing has actively mobilized and contacted peer enterprises to integrate resources, help revitalize rural industries revitalization and poverty reduction, and build a solid cultural foundation for rural revitalization. Through unremitting efforts, the Company has successfully coordinated the introduction of assistance funds of RMB 100,000 from Shanghai Huirong Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. for the purchase of costumes and props for the second classroom of learning ethnic traditional dance in 6 middle and primary schools in the local urban area and 4 primary schools in pasturing areas. The Company has stood on the historical starting point of consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and continuously promoting rural revitalization, strongly supporting the protection, inheritance, development and promotion of traditional dance culture in Litang County.

MATCH PRODUCERS AND DISTRIBUTORS FOR ASSISTANCE TO FARMERS
